About Kindwell

Who We Are

Kindwell Australia combines professional expertise with genuine human compassion to deliver high-quality disability support. Founded by experts in public health, medicine, and disability services, we entered the NDIS space to help bridge the gap between standard care and evidence-based, capacity-building support.

Where we work

Brisbane & Moreton Bay, QLD

Based in Brisbane and the Moreton Bay region, we support individuals to build practical skills, strengthen independence, and live more confidently in their homes and communities.

Our why

Meaningful empowerment, not standard supervision

Every individual deserves more than a support worker checking boxes — they deserve a team equipped to understand their big-picture health, social, and developmental goals. We bring clinical depth, rigorous safety standards, and specialised 1-on-1 mentoring directly to participants' doorsteps.
